Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide. All orders must be paid in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to cancel any international orders in countries experiencing postal delivery issues.

Shipping Carrier Options?

In the continental U.S. (48 states) we offer shipping thru USPS Priority Mail & UPS Ground Service.  For USPS shipments under 1 pound we do also offer USPS First Class shipping, it is cheaper but it will take longer for your package to arrive and there is no guaranteed Christmas delivery with this option. 

For those that live near our store in Clermont, you can also pick the local pickup shipping option. This means that you must come in to our store in Clermont and pick up the ordered items. If you mistakenly pick this option, and do not plan to pick up your order, you will be responsible for paying the shipping charges due to ship the order to your location.

What are the shipping and handling charges?

Our website has a built in shipping calculator. Want to know the shipping costs before you enter the check-out process? Once you add an item(s) to your shopping cart, on the shopping cart page click on the green box that says "Estimate Shipping."  Then enter your state and zip code on the estimator box that pops up, and click enter.  Your shipping options and cost will pop up for what is in your cart at that time.  

In the summer of 2019 USPS significantly raised their rates on large packages.  This has impacted the cost of shipping larger items.

For both continental U.S. and international orders when you go thru the check-out process and enter in your address the website will automatically calculate the shipping cost to your address according to the weight/size of the items you are buying. See next 2 paragraphs below for exceptions to this.

There are occasionally cases where the S&H charges may be more than what is automatically billed to you thru the site calculator, such as if you order several large items that cannot fit into one box. In the continental U.S. there are UPS & USPS dimensional weight guidelines and for USPS international orders there are weight and box size restrictions. If you want to know if your order would be affected send us an email or call us. If you place an order online and additional money is needed to complete the shipment we will contact you for the rest of the payment due.

On the website we also have some products listed where it states in the item description that those items cannot be shipped with anything else due to their size (i.e. pedal tractors, etc). If you order additional items at the same time with these products, we will contact you to pay the additional shipping charges owed for the separate shipments needed.

Some sites may include the S&H charges in the cost of the item, but we choose not to do this. To cover their costs those sites build the cost of shipping into all their items, so if you buy several items you end up paying more.

For continental U.S. customers, you can cut your shipping cost per item almost in half when you buy another item at the same time.

Do We Offer Free Shipping?

We do not offer free shipping as we do not build that cost into the price of our products.  Our shipping costs are based on the weight/size of the items in your order to your zip code.

Are Our Items In Stock?
The items we list on our website are in stock and shipped from our warehouse.  The only exception is the occassional product we have listed as a pre-order item, which is clearly stated on the item description page.

What is our shipping timeline?

We try to ship continental U.S. orders within 1-2 business days (Mon. - Fri.), and depending on your location it can take another 1- 4 business days to arrive at your destination. Orders are shipped in the order they come in. During peak holiday times it can take a few extra days for us to ship your order, so please order early.

When we create a shipping label for your order, we input the email address you provided with your order. The tracking info for the package is then sent by UPS or USPS to the email address provided by the customer. It can take up to 24 hours for this info to be uploaded into the UPS or USPS system, so the information on your package location may not be visible to you right away. If you do not see this email, check your junk mail folder as we can not resend this info.

There are also some national holidays that packages are not picked up by UPS or USPS.

For international orders it takes us a little longer to ship as we have to fill out customs forms.

We do not offer express shipping during the holiday season, as we ship items in the order they are received. We are also located in a rural area, and during the business holiday season the mail trucks do not make it back to their hub in time to make the connection for shipping via airmail.

What you need to know about Pre-Orders & the shipping cost?

We list a few items as pre-orders. These items are not immediately available. On the item page we provide the estimated arrival date from the manufacturer. Orders placed for items not in stock will be backordered and filled in the order they were received upon receipt of the product. Order your special edition items early to guarantee delivery. We reserve the right to limit quantities on special edition toys.

On pre-orders we have to estimate the shipping weight of the items as the manufacturers do not provide us with this info, so if the items arrive weighing more than expected the buyer will be responsible for the additional cost of shipment (this can make a big cost difference when shipping internationally).

What happens if a customer provides an incorrect shipping address?

When you enter the shipping information on your order, please be sure to check it for accuracy. Occasionally, the shipping courier cannot locate an address due to incorrect information. We may have to contact you for the correct information. The courier may charge up to a $17.00 fee in addition to the original shipping cost to redeliver to the correct address. Unfortunately, if you provided the incorrect information, this additional charges will be passed on to you.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Our site allows you to send items to a different shipping address. However, you must provide us with the correct billing address to match your credit card billing along with the alternative shipping address.

Trying to place an order from another country and having trouble getting our site to accept your credit card?

Our site will not accept credit cards from countries/banks that do not offer billing address verification.  This is a safeguard built into our system to help prevent credit card fraud.  If you live in one of these countries your only payment option on our site is to use a verified Paypal account,
