We do not produce a catalog. Since we add new items and sell out of others each week a catalog would be hard to keep up to date when we have 4000+ toys in stock. Our website has the most up to date info on our available products.
Since we don't employ a website tech to add the descriptions and pictures of items to the site, we do so as time permits. If there is an item you want additional info on please send an email.
Yes, we buy die-cast toy collections (Farm toys, semis and construction items). Please call us to discuss. We do not buy Nascar related items.

Many collectors collect the 1/16 scale model which measures one inch for every sixteen inches of a real tractor or implement. This translates to a model or a standard tractor that is roughly five to seven inches tall and seven to ten inches long. Large 4WD tractors can be up to 18 inches long. However, a collector with limited display space may collect the 1/64 scale which is the most common smaller version. Just like with measuring cups the larger the second number the smaller the item (i.e. 1/16 is bigger than 1/64).
Ordering Questions
You can order securely online, call us, email us, or mail in your order.
If you add an item to your shopping cart it will temporarily take that item out of inventory for a couple of hours; this prevents multiple people from trying to purchase the same item if there is only one left. If you close out of the website with items left in a shopping cart they may not appear to be available if you return to the site within a few hours because the original shopping basket you started has not timed out. If you are experiencing this problem either give the website some additional time before trying to order again or try calling us during business hours for assistance.
Unless stated otherwise in the full description on the item page our items are new in the box.
You can't revise your order from the check-out page. If you need to remove or add an item to your order before entering your credit card information, you must do it by clicking on your shopping cart and updating your order. Change the item quantity in the box and click update. If you leave the check-out process to revise an order, you will need to re-enter your shipping and billing information.
This site requires cookies to work properly. If you are having problems with the shopping cart, please make sure you have cookies enabled.
If after you click on Submit during the check-out process you receive an error message that says BILLING ADDRESS DOES NOT MATCH, your order did NOT go thru. This means that the billing address you entered does not match what your credit card company has on file. Once incorrect info has been entered the system will not let you try to place your order again for 2 hours, this is a security safeguard against credit card fraud.
Some international customers may experience problems ordering if your credit card bank processor does not support address and code verification for your credit card. For security purposes we require bank verification to ensure the person using the card is the holder of the card. We cannot and will not override this verification process. If you cannot place an order, but have a CONFIRMED Paypal account you can check-out using that option.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Venmo, Money Orders, and Checks (the latter only for online orders by US customers).
For check payments, orders will be held until the check clears. If a check fails to clear, the customer will be charged a $30. returned check fee.
Since we are a secure lock website (look for the padlock when you enter the check-out process) the bank processor encrypts and automatically processes your payment and we never see your credit card, Paypal or Venmo information. To be a secure lock website you have to conform to new government regulations to ensure the security of customer payment information online. An additional step that we require for credit card payments (that many other websites do not) is verification of your billing address and 3-digit security code. If this information does not match, our credit card processor will decline your order. We will not override this safeguard. This site is protected by Sysnet's Trusted Commerce program

If you want to order a pre-order item and do not want to be billed immediately then you need to call in your order and we will have to call you for your payment info when the items arrives.
If an item is listed on the website, it is in stock unless it specifies it is a pre-order item on the product description page. The quantities of products available update automatically with every order placed. Every day we work to keep our site up to date, but in the rare event an item is sold out or out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel any submitted order, or properly adjust the price of any given order.
We try hard to ensure the accuracy of our product descriptions, specifications, and pricing but there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur we may cancel your order. Similarly, customers cannot benefit from any bugs or mistakes affecting the website software. The information displayed is considered as an invitation not as a confirmed offer for sale. The sale is confirmed when the product physically leaves our location and is in the hands of the shipping company. Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some products listed on the website, we may choose to limit the number of a product available for purchase. We reserve the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after an order is placed.
If you would like to order a gift certificate for our website, please call us or order it online. Gift certificates are valid for one year from purchase date. If ordered online you will be emailed the gift certificate with the code to use.
Policies
Shipping Policies
We ship worldwide. All orders must be paid in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to cancel any international orders in countries experiencing postal delivery issues and high instances of credit card fraud.
In the continental U.S. (48 states) we offer shipping through USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail & UPS Ground Service. All other orders (Alaska, Hawaii & International) will be shipped via USPS. Our website has a built-in shipping calculator that links to the shipping carriers to determine cost.
For those that live near our store in Clermont, you can also pick the local pickup shipping option. This means that you must come into our store in Clermont and pick up the ordered items. If you mistakenly pick this option, and do not plan to pick up your order, you will be responsible for paying the shipping charges due to ship to your location.
You can calculate the shipping charges before you enter the check-out process. To do this, put your order items in the shopping cart. This will take you to the shopping cart page, then use the shipping calculator shown on that page.
For both continental U.S. and international orders when you go thru the check-out process and enter in your address the website will automatically calculate the shipping cost to your address according to the weight of the items you are buying. See next 2 paragraphs below for exceptions to this.
There are occasionally cases where the S&H charges may be more than what is automatically billed to you thru the site calculator, such as if you order several large 1/16 scale items that cannot fit into one box. In the continental US there are USPS & UPS dimensional weight guidelines and for USPS international orders there are weight and box size restrictions. If you want to know if your order would be affected, send us an email or call us. If you place an order online and additional money is needed to complete the shipment, we will contact you for payment.
On the website we also have some products listed where it states in the item description that those items cannot be shipped with anything else due to their size (i.e. pedal tractors, etc). If you order additional items at the same time with these products, you will be charged for shipping these items separately.
Some sites may include the S&H charges in the cost of the item, but we choose not to do this. To cover their costs those sites build the cost of shipping into all their items, so if you buy several items you end up paying more.
For continental US customers, you can cut your average shipping cost per item almost in half when you buy another item at the same time.
Orders are shipped in the order they come in. We try to ship continental U.S. orders within 1-2 business days (Mon. – Fri.), and depending on your location it can take typically another 1- 4 business days to arrive at your destination. During peak holiday times it can take a few extra days for us to ship your order, so please order early. Once a shipment leaves our warehouse we have no control over the delivery timeline of the shipping carriers.
When we create a shipping label for your order, we input the email address you provided with your order. The tracking info for the package is then sent to the email address provided. It can take up to 24 hours for this info to be uploaded into the UPS or USPS system, so the information on your package location may not be visible to you right away. If you do not see this email, check your junk mail folder. You will also receive an email notifying you when the package has been delivered.
There are also some national holidays that packages are not picked up by UPS or USPS, so please plan accordingly.
If you need express shipping call us to find out the options and costs for what you want to order. The dimensional weight charges for airmail are much higher, so expect the cost to be at least 3 to 5 times the cost of normal delivery. We are located in a rural area, so express mail availability depends on the ability of the shipping carriers trucks being able to make it back to their hubs prior to express deadlines. We reserve the right to refuse to offer express shipping during the holiday season, as we ship items in the order they are received.
We list some items as pre-orders. These items are not immediately available. On the item page we provide the estimated arrival date from the manufacturer, we have no control over the arrival date from the mfr. Orders placed for items not in stock will be back ordered and filled in the order they were received upon receipt of the product. Order special edition items early to guarantee delivery! We reserve the right to limit quantities on special edition toys.
On pre-orders we have to estimate the shipping weight of the items as the manufacturers do not provide us with this info, so if they items arrive weighing more than expected the buyer will be responsible for the additional cost of shipment (this can make a big cost difference when shipping internationally).
When you enter the shipping information on your order, please be sure to check it for accuracy. Our system directly transfers what you provide. Occasionally, the shipping courier cannot locate an address due to incorrect information. We may have to contact you for the correct information. The courier may charge up to a $17.00 fee in addition to the shipping cost to redeliver to the correct address. Unfortunately, if you provided the incorrect information, this additional charge will be passed on to you.
Our site allows you to send items to a different shipping address. However, you must provide us with the correct billing address to match your credit card billing along with the alternative shipping address.
Policies
If you have a pending website order and your credit card has been charged (but the item hasn't been shipped yet), you can receive a full refund by reaching out to us before the shipment is processed.
For items that have been shipped and are returned within 30 days of the invoice date, provided they are in unopened, new/mint condition, we will offer a refund minus the shipping charges. Please note that no refunds will be issued after the 30-day window.
If an item is returned in an opened condition, there will be an additional restocking fee, which will vary between 10% to 50% depending on the condition of the returned item. We do not accept returns on items that are not in their original packaging upon receipt.
We kindly request that you contact us before returning any items. Additionally, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping charges for returning all items. We recommend insuring any items being returned, though this will be at the customer's expense. Don't forget to include your order number and name inside the returned package for efficient processing.
Please report any damaged packages or product to us within two weeks of delivery, and keep all boxes and packing materials. For the claims process we need you to send clear and detailed digital pictures of the damaged item and the shipping box. We will contact the freight carrier about the damage and initiate a claim. The freight carriers do have time limits on when a claim can be initiated so all information and pictures must be provided to us within 30 days of delivery, so it is important to provide us with info in a timely manner. The carrier will then do an inspection of the damaged item. We will replace/refund the damaged item only if the claim is approved.
We will use the information we collect about you only to help us improve services to you, to provide you with the products you have requested, and/or to let you know about additional products or services that may be of interest to you. We don't sell, trade, rent, share, or otherwise divulge any information you give us to anyone else, at any time, for any reason. Except what is required by law (i.e. tax information etc.).
We reserve the right not to deal with any person or organization either as a buyer or a seller at our sole discretion.
