If you add an item to your shopping cart it will temporarily take that item out of inventory for a couple of hours; this prevents multiple people from trying to purchase the same item if there is only one left. If you close out of the website with items left in a shopping cart they may not appear to be available if you return to the site within a few hours becase the original shopping basket you started has not timed out. If you are experiencing this problem either give the website some additional time or try calling us for assistance.
