Shipping Information & Policies Pricing is subject to change with out notice. Orders are usually
shipped out within one to three business days from when you submit your
order if the items are in stock. Orders placed for items not in stock will
be backordered and filled in the order they were received upon receipt of
the product. Special edition items are limited to the amount we have in
stock. Items are filled according to the order they are received. Order
special edition items early to guarantee delivery! We reserve the right to
limit quantities on special edition toys. On multiple item orders if there are large items that must be shipped seperately, the customer is responsible for paying for the cost of multiple shipments (the automatic shipping calculator on the website is not capable of determining this).
Shipping: We ship most continental U.S. orders by U.P.S. ground. International orders are shipped either by First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International Standard (1-2 weeks for delivery). Orders sent by U.S. Mail can take an additional week due to having to drive packages to the post office. U.P.S. picks up daily Monday through Friday! U.P.S. can only deliver to street addresses; they cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO's. When you enter the shipping information on your order, please be sure to check it for accuracy. Occasionally, our shipping courier cannot locate an address due to incorrect information. We may have to contact you for the correct information and the courier may charge up to $10.00 to redeliver to the correct address. Unfortunately, if you provided the incorrect information, this additional charge will be passed on to you. Our site allows you to send items to a different shipping address. However, you must provide us with the correct billing address to match your credit card billing along with the shipping address. If you would like to know the exact shipping charges for a check or money order payment, please e-mail us. For check payments, orders will be held until the check clears. If a check fails to clear, the customer is responsible for paying all costs incurred. International orders: All orders must be paid for in U.S. dollars. International orders will be sent by the aforementioned options unless specified otherwise. There will be an additional $4.00 handling charge for international orders to cover paperwork for customs. |

If the order is still pending and the credit card has been charged (item not shipped), there will be a service charge to cover the fee's we are charged for billing and crediting your card. This fee will be 4% of the total amount charged, with a minimum $5.00 charge.

you, to provide you with the products you have requested, and/or to let
you know about additional products or services that may be of interest to
you. We don't sell, trade, rent, share, or otherwise divulge any
information you give us to anyone else, at any time, for any reason.

If you would like to order a gift certificate for our website, please call us. We will send the gift certificate to the intended recipient. Gift certificates must be redeemed over the phone. Gift certificates are valid for one year from purchase date. |
